You can get 1-4 tickets every 2 hours (also a Steam inventory item). The possible items you get for a ticket are dependent on the ticket's rarity. You can get rarer tickets by spinning the wheel and having some luck. Drop rotation The possible drops will change every once in a while to keep things fresh and allow the items to maintain a certain rarity/value. The specific timeframe is not yet determined but I will try to aim for one week. Important The game's item/ticket drops are not hackable: Everything concerning item and ticket drops is managed through the Steam inventory service. It will never give a ticket before the 2 hours are up and it will only give a random item by consuming a ticket of the correct rarity.
