“A game I made For a certain kind of person To hurt them.” -Bennett Foddy Jump the Gun is a Foddian style, 2-D, shooting, platformer centered around a robot making its way out of an extremely difficult and unforgiving cave. The player uses multiple guns to propel themselves up at angles to perform precise double (maybe triple!) jumps. This game was made for fun by a group of friends and is meant to be an introduction to the Fodian Genre. -Use a combination of shotgun and rocket launcher shots to perform strategic jumps -Learn from your mistakes -Have guidance with that voice in your head -Lean, Fail, Repeat. Don’t just jump the gun. Be the gun.
