FRONTLINE MARSHAL is a real-time strategy game of World War II, fought at division scale on the real ground of Europe. Take command of the USA, Germany, the Soviet Union or France in the great battles of the war, each starting with every division where that day's staff maps put it. Then change what happened. Hold the Soviet Union together in 1941, where Stalin lost whole armies in German pockets. Close the ring at Kursk in 1943, where the real German pincers never met. Drive the Americans into Germany sooner than they really got there. Close the ring Encirclement decided the war's biggest battles. Find the weak points on both sides of an enemy army, break through, and swing your spearheads round until they meet behind it. That is a pincer movement, and the ring it closes is an encirclement.
